Self-Love Workshop (Females Only)

The National Border Patrol Council – Local 2455, in partnership with local professional clinicians from Enriched Roots, invites females from our Border Patrol Family and our loved ones for this 1.5-hour-long workshop to learn how to cultivate unconditional self-love.

Self-love is the regard for oneself, including respect, positive regard, and/or appreciation of one’s self-worth. The workshop will focus on learning the language of self-love that can create the foundation of a healthy relationship with yourself. The workshop will challenge your negative self-perceptions with exercises and tips to deepen your self-love practice.

This FREE self-love workshop is tailored to females, to include Border Patrol Agents, Border Patrol staff, family members, and loved ones in our community. We will also offer a ladies teen session; parental consent is MANDATORY and has to be filled out at the time of drop-off.

Because spaces are limited to 15 females per session, please reserve your seat early at the link below:

*Please note that this is not therapy. This is a psychoeducational class.
