In regards to the retention bonus, the paycheck that agents are getting this weekend should contain the fourth incentive payment, although some people got it on the previous check.

Note, the National Finance Center (NFC) said it will most likely say “cash award” on your Leave and Earning Statement (LES) because the NFC recently changed a time code on their end.

If you do not receive the fourth incentive payment this quarter and you are supposed to, please contact a Union Representative so we may contact your respective HR department.
