Today I had the honor of testifying before the Texas Senate Subcommittee on Border Security, in support of creating a multi-state border security compact, SB 1252.

In summary, SB 1252 is a call on the Texas Governor to develop a Border Security Interstate Compact that will give Texas Law Enforcement the authority to:

(1) Achieve operational control of the border

(2) Enforce current immigration laws
