Local 2455 has established communication with Congressman Henry Cuellar in order to award a Laredo Sector Border Patrol Agent and/or Support Personnel Employee with the Congressional Certificate of Recognition.

Local 2455 in conjunction with Congressman Henry Cuellar will work to identify those employees that go above and beyond the call of duty. Local 2455 will rely on the Local 2455 membership to nominate Border Patrol Agents and/or Support Personnel Employees from any of the Border Patrol stations in the Laredo Sector for consideration of this recognition.

If you have any nominations, please feel free to submit such nominations to Local 2455 President Hector Garza at hgarza@bpunion.org with an explanation detailing the merits for such nomination. A letter of nomination must include a statement of the specific circumstances involving the distinguished performance.

Local 2455 will continue to advocate for our members to ensure that our extraordinarily efforts do not go unnoticed.
